The responses can be viewed on your browser in two ways. 

• Fully formatted in any way you choose 
• Simple field name and value display
• Simply create a template with the name xxx_template.htm. Where  the form name.

Fully Formatted Displays

The formatted display merges the response into an HTML template. and displays it to your browser.  The results can be as sophisticated or as simple as you need. 

Below is an example of a  formatted response. The information has been separated, the simple field names have been changed to descriptive sentences.
